  No CEA-708 Files on Output

  For the life of me I cannot figure why neither one of my Decklink systems will out captions in HD.

  I have no issues in SD.

  I am running Adobe Premiere Pro CC on one machine and CS 5.5.2 on the other and neither want to work.

  The CEA-708 captions appear on the timeline and both show up on the preview monitors, but that is it.
