no audio when importing avi
hi i captured a dv avi video from my canon elura70 with movie maker firewire and when i import it to vegas pro 8 there is no audio track. it plays fine in windows media player. here is a snapshot of my gspot settings.

Use Vegas Pro to capture and not Windows Movie Maker. What you have is a Type 1 DV AVI file and Vegas only supports Type 2 AVI. Had you captured with Vegas it would have worked.
