I have always been able to hear audio in clips or on the timeline when I fast forward or reverse. For some reason this feature is now gone. I’m sure I accidentally clicked something and turned it off. anyone know the secret?
    Thanks,

You probably turned off “Audio Scrubbing” accidentally. The control for this is, oddly, under the View drop down menu.

To turn it back on, go to View>Audio Scrubbing (or Shift-S, maybe).

That fixed it! Thanks a million…I knew it was something simple like that, but didn’t know where to look.
    Thanks

I know…I know. I couldn’t remember the term “scrubbing” so I could not locate it.
