No audio plugins shown.
So i recently installed Sony Vegas 11 (13 doesn’t work for some reason) to do all the basic editing stuff, i wanted to use Vibrato so i clicked on “Audio FX”, i clicked “all” and all there was was a third party audio decoder that didn’t work, tommorow is my dad’s birthday and i want to make a video for him using audio FX, so yeah, please help me.

Not sure, you should be seeing all the audio filters Vegas comes with!

Judging from the fact that Vegas Pro 13 doesn’t work on your computer and Vegas Pro 11 doesn’t show audio plug-ins I’d say that your computer is messed up. Try uninstalling, rebooting, then re-installing all of your Vegas software and see of that helps. If not, it may be time to re-install Windows from a clean start.
