  • No Audio Output from DekLink Extreme In Premiere 1.5.1

    Hi guys,

On windows XP PC, we have installed DekLink Extreme (Driver version : 5.1.1) with Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5.1

We can not get any Audio out from either Analogue (XLR) or SDI. We can monitor audio through the computer cound card, and when trying to assign DekLink Audio as the sound card of Premiere, there is not any DekLink Audio in the list. Video is coming out from Component and SDI, without any problems.

And another issue, we have the video output as black and white from composite output.

    thanks for your prompt advice,
    Peyman

    Hi Peyman,

[Peyman] “We can not get any Audio out from either Analogue (XLR) or SDI.”

DeckLink cards now support ASIO. This means in Premiere Pro that the card is seen as an audio device. When you first start your Premiere Pro project, make sure you select the audio device you wish to use

    Hi Peyman,

Based on a couple of questions I have seen regarding black & white video in this forum over the last day or so, I have created the technical note Video output is black and white. I hope it helps.
