  No audio or video out of decklink studio

  Dear Blackmagic users

  I bought a brandnew decklink studio card. Serial: 325460
  To place in my Power Mac G5 QUAD model PowerMac 11, Serial CK 61901DV5X
  Processor 4 X 2.5 GHZ Memory: 2,5 GB DDR2 SDRAM Busspeed: 1,25 GHZ
  On slot 1 displaycard = NVDIA Geforce 6600 (working with 2 displays)
  Working on MAC OSX 10.5.8
  Quicktime 7.6.2
  Decklink version 7.2.1

  Tried every PCI-express slot of my computer. installed deinstalled my card but no audio (ANALOG) + Image (COMPOSITE) out of my card. You hear a noise click when my Mac is starting and a green color appears on my monitor when starting up.
  After start up lines are moving on my output monitor(composite) When I play a clip in FCP he gives a message pal on the monitor so i think there is something like a signal.
  In systempreferences in audio I can choose decklink out for audio. When I change my settings but when I play music in I-tunes you can’t hear any audio.
  In my systempreferences Blackmagic settings
  Tab Settings:
  Set output is on all video and 4 analog audio & 2 aes/ebu
  Cannot choose (grey) select 4:4:4 on video output
  Tab Processing:
  I can not choose in select output: Simultaneous HD and Down Converted SD and also Lookup Tables are grey ( I cannot choose them)

  In My Systemprofile you see that the card is really in PCI slot 2,3 or 4 when I put it on that slot.

  Please can you help me to solve this problem or do I have to send it back to you?
