No Audio in Windows Media Player using Windows Media Video V11, 8 Mbps HD 1080-30p
Hi all,
This problem seems to have occurred once.
I’m running Windows 7 on a Dell E1525 laptop.
Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 Trial
took about 15 minutes to render but the video does not have any audio in Windows Media Player. How to troubleshoot ?
Make Movie Settings
Format: Windows Media Video V11 ( *.wmv )
Template: 8 Mbps HD 1080-30pAudio: 192 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, WMA9.
Video: 29.97 fps, 1440×1080, PAR=1.3333,
WMV V9 CBR Compression, Smoothness 90.
Use this setting for high-quality HD video playback on a 3.0 GHz computer or better.Estimated size: 140mb
Only a 2 minute HD video !
UPDATE: I just tried rendering a HD 720 wmv file and the audio is just fine. I’m gonna try the HD 1080 wmv render again and see if the audio still doesn’t play.
UPDATE2: The second rendering of the HD 1080 wmv worked and the audio is playing so I guess something funny happened the first time.
Anyone care to comment on possibilities ?
Thanks, Paul
