No audio in selected video clips
I have just imported a lot of video clips all of what contain sound. 90 % of the clips are alright, but with some there is no sound even though I can see the waveform and in other programs they work alright. Reimporting these clips does not do the trick. They are recorded the same way as the other clips which all work. I am using version 12.5.4.019
Any idea what could cause that and how I can solve the problem? -

Check the sample rate, track number and bit depth are the same.
Resolve 14 is such an improvement in many areas including sound that it might be worth considering updating, with the usual cautions if you are mid project and backups of projects and database is done.

Thank you for your quick reply, Michael! It turns out, that the next day the clips (most of them) worked. I assume that it has to do with lack of memory on my PC. That would also explain why its mostly long clips that do not have sound.

32 gig RAM and a good GPU makes life better.
