No audio during capture with Premiere pro CC or FCP 7
Hello, my studio recently bought Blackmagic’ｓ ＤeckLink 4K Extreme, and now my colleagues and Ｉ are dealing problems with capturing audio with Premiere pro CC or FCP 7. We can’t get any audio during capture.
My colleagues told me that they didn’t facing this kind of problem when using BMD DeckLink HD with MacPro 10.7.
Now we’ve bought 4K Extreme and upgraded OS to 10.8&10.9. And we can’t get audio signal into DeckLink card. Our mixer(MACKIE 1604VLZ pro) works just fine, and the cables are OK. Even we directly connect mic to the DeckLink card, still can’t get any audio, so I wonder if we had the DeckLink settings wrong. Does anyone dealing the same problem?
