I bought my HPX300 in Mid July and it works with P2 E Series cards right out of the box, so, does this mean I do not need the Firmware Update recently announced by Panasonic?

    Hi James,

Check your firmware version in the camera. If it is 9.28, you are good to go. If not, upgrade. If you haven’t already registered your camera for the 4 year add-on warranty , do so today!

    Best,

    Jan

The link in that press release for downloading the 9.28 firmware update does not work, I get a page which says in english and in chinese that the download is not available please try again later, I’ve been here before and the dad link has been like that since last week.
