  NewBlue Neon Lights Fx Problem

  Hi guys , I have recently gotten the newblue light effect pack for Sony Vegas 13 , I am trying to use the Neon Lights Fx but the problem is on preview it shows the glow but when I render it just changes the (example) pink glow to white lines.
