I use Sony Noise Reduction 2.0, which is an extra plug-in that Sony sells. I like it a lot, mostly because it seems to do the job, and I know how to use it 🙂 One issue is that it is x32 only right now.
I opened up NewBlue FX Audio Scrubbers, because I have them (long story). There were six tools I did not know how to deploy. I tried a few things, and could not get an effect I liked. I searched for some tutorials on YouTube, but did not find any, so I closed them up (as I am on a deadline right now).
My only observation at this point is that Sony Noise Reduction is a simple, ‘one step’ tool with instructions, with the limitation that it is only x32 at the moment. However, I cannot find any directions for the New Blue Audio Scrubbers at all, and I did not find them as intuitive as NewBlue’s other tools (which are excellent).
