Newbie Vegas 8 color correction problem
I am new to vegas 8, editing in general,and have 2 problems that I have been crawling through the internet to find solutions for. First, when I do color correction, it only shows on 1/2 the screen in the preview and also in the playback. What am I doing wrong? I am running it on a Dell Inspiron 1520 with 8MB RAM on Windows 7.

Click (disable) the Split Screen View icon on top of your Preview Window.

Thanks! Such simple things are so hard to find sometimes. The Help provided with the program is really not much help, especially as I have only been working with this program for a couple of days. I hope you can put up with the newbie questions! So when I click the arrow next to the half screen icon, what do those settings mean?

This is an instance where the Help menu actually helps 🙂
