Just got my dvx100b.. (yeah its not HD, I’m not ready for that yet) and I recorded some footage, just to get acclimated to my camera and premiere. Now I captured from my panasonic dv102 (little cheap dv cam) so as to not use my dvx’s heads ( I heard that you could do that..even with 24p shot footage..is that right?) anyways, when I captured the footage it was ok. when I playback in Premiere, the footage is shaking and looks like footage is being dropped.. basically its all beat up. It is NOT shaking because it was on a tripod. When I say the footage shakes, its like its having a seizure! lol anyways, can anyone help me out. Btw, I am on pro cs3 master collection. But the problem is with premiere.

Any help would be VERY appreciated.

Did you set up your project in Premiere for 24P? This is set in the New Project, Load Preset tab. In CS3 the options under DV-24P are: Standard 32 kHz, Standard 48 kHz, Widescreen 32 kHz, and Widescreen 48 kHz.
