newbie needs help
Hello all,
I was wondering if it’s possible to use Photoshop filters as effects on new layers in AE ( I don’t mean importing layers from photoshop ). Yes, I know photoshop filters were for still images, but can you use something like KPT Gel or Goo over moving video ?Hope someone can help me.

Quick answer-no.
Although there are a lot of filters that can do close to the same work. Usually filters that are design for still work don’t transfer to motion footage.
