New video tutorials
Posted by Harryjf on April 25, 2006 at 4:16 amHey folks. Just a note, I’ve got a couple new video tutorials on my website. Although I’ve been teaching for a couple semesters now, I am still new at the video tutorial thing, so these are my first two.
Between the ‘UHhh…s’, awkward pauses and moments of mumbling.. there’s some useful info there.
Let me know what you think. Suggestions and comments are always welcome!

April 25, 2006 at 5:01 amHey Harry,
The technique described in your tutorial was excellent. I wouldn’t worry much about the “UHhs” You would only need a bit of practice with the mic and it will go. Most important is that you are creative and explain interesting things without partout trying to be funny or sound like a car dealer on President Day.
Keep it up!
Salut.

April 25, 2006 at 11:11 amBOY… you’d think if you pay a company for one thing.. keeping a file online.. that they would do it well. Sorry for the inconvenience. It will back up in a jiffy.

April 25, 2006 at 2:19 pmI really enjoyed the matte filter tutorial – great job Harry. I got a download error warning with the camera shake tutorial, but the Maya one came up fine.
Thanks for your efforts.

April 25, 2006 at 2:45 pmI have repeatedly checked these files and everything is set perfectly. But, the link for the camera shake tutorial is not responding.
And.. streamload.com has no phone support. GREAT.
Sorry for the bad link everyone.. it will be back up today.

May 4, 2006 at 4:34 pmI really appreciate your tutorial on camera shake. I’ve been using motion sketch but your method seems much more controlled. I just have to figure out how to expression link it to music levels without resorting to buying Trapcode so I can use it freelance.
Your Circle Segment tutorial video seems to link to the Pie-chart video. Just an FYI if your wondering why no one has downloaded it.
Thanks!
