I’ve created a movie with Adobe premiere and combined a Logo that I created in Lightwave. I’ve turned that into an .avi file and would now like to import into AE to create a shatter effect on the logo. I know that I can directly import premier files into AE however Premiere and AE are on 2 different computers. That is the reason for the .avi file. Any idea how to go about doing this?

Can you copy the Premiere project and footage to the AE computer?

Are you trying to take a keyable logo, shatter it and key that back ontop of other video inside Premiere?

If so, just render the AVI with an alpha channel.

    Your question is too non-specific.

I will try and do that. I am very new to all of this and I have just jumped into something with both feet. I figure the only way to learn is “trial by fire!”
