New to Vegas, need assistance with
joining tracks. Have used Corel Pinnacle Studio before (no expert though) and I use a copy of Vegas Pro 13 now.
The problem I’m facing is this: when joining 2 or more video tracks, after the transition from track 1 to 2 (for example) the 2nd track displays briefly a still image from the end of the track before switching to the normal motion picture. Track 1 always run fine.
What should I do to remove or avoid that? And how?

Hello there, I am not an expert but I think you should tell us what video format you are using, since, In my opinion, my guess is that you could have a video format issue.
are both clips the same format?

Sorry for missing that; the videos I’m trying to join are MP4 and where shot with a Sony Action Cam, therefore should work with the Vegas that is also a Sony product.

Ok I see your point, have you test it with different clips?
is always the same result?
if you render the project, is the output doing the same? -
I found the cause, it was because of the transition I have inserted between tracks.
