New To Storage Network
I am new to SAN and want to do some hands on.But I do not have any physical storage array and switches.Is there any kind of simulator which will be close enough to the physical storage infrastructure?
Because network guys have packet tracer or GNS3 for their simulations.

Hi Umar –
this is my simple advice to you. Find a company that sells a complete shared storage system, and buy it. It doesn’t make a difference who makes it. Any company that you find that specializes in video shared storage systems will work. Just don’t try to build it yourself, and you will have no problems, and everything will work. You, or your company will simply have to purchase a product that exists on the market, to get this to work.If you have more questions, please ask.
