After around 6 months of training in After Effects I decided to buy Adobe Premiere Pro. I am currently editing video game montages, which uses a lot of compositing and different effects. As a beginner in Adobe Premiere I have a couple of doubts I would really appreciate if someone could answer me.

First of all, audio questions. I’ve heard that I have to avoid .mp3 compressed audio files. What type of audio should I use instead? and how to get it if so.

Second, I am having a hard time figuring out if the transition from After effects and Premiere is only once per project, meaning I create my movie on after efects, and then import it to Premiere or if this transition goes back and forth?

Last question is, effects like motion blur, color correction where should I apply them?

    Thanks in Advance !
