I have just finished moving all Browser clips to a new location, using the copy function. (after confirming proper new placement, I deleted the original .mov files from their first location).

I’m finding that all sequences, both newly created, and prior, are showing ‘Media Offline’ warnings. They play through fine, and exported sequences also seem to work okay.

I would like to clean up this issue, but cannot determine the cause of the problem. FCP ‘Reveal in Finder’ function on Sequences and Browser clips shows them to be where I expected. Saving, quitting and relaunching doesn’t change anything.

What to look at next? OS X Permissions Repair? Or am I looking too far afield? – Grant.

When you use the MM, a new FC Project is created.
That’s the one you have to open now.
It should have all the managed media under control.
