Posted by Steve Ford on August 5, 2015 at 4:00 pmI keep getting a lock up and an error message saying “After Effects error: Internal verification failure, sorry (no current context)” Any idea what is wrong here?

August 5, 2015 at 6:54 pmI am running the latest version of AE CC 2015 on OS 10.10.4 with a 2 X 2.66 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon processor. 24 GB of ram running at 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC. I have a NVIDIA Quadro 4000 Graphics card that has 2048 MB. Hope that gives you the info you need to help

August 5, 2015 at 8:08 pmThe current version of Ae CC 2015 is 13.5.1, and it was just released last week. Just double-checking you’re current.
Do you have CC 2014 installed on your machine, and if so, can you open the project without incident in that version? Are you using any specific effects? If so, are they up-to-date?

August 5, 2015 at 8:38 pmYes, the software is up to date and here is the interesting thing… instead of quitting out of AE when the prompt came up I just hit the ok button four times and it goes away. As a matter of fact, the prompt hasn’t appeared for the last four hours. Ghosts in the machine I guess
