New Mac Pro, can’t view my old Media 100 clips
Hi, I have recently upgraded to a new Mac Pro system and I want to be able to play Quicktime movies that I have rendered on my previous Mac, using the Media 100 codec. So I installed the Media 100 Transcoder but when I open the movies in Quicktime Player I get a white frame. I tried installing the Media 100 software codecs instead of the Transcoder, but the same thing happened. I thought it might be some conflict with Final Cut Pro components (I didn’t have FCP on my old Mac) so I also tried removing all the Final Cut Pro codecs from the Library: Quicktime folder, to no avail. I’m sure someone else has encountered this problem and hopefully advise me.
