NEW LAYERS ON MAC
Hi
I am running Particle Illusion latest version on Leopard.
I am just starting… and I am trying to “creat a new layer.”
By right clicking in the layer window… a pop up shoud appear and a new layer should be created, but when I click on New Layer NOTHING happens…
can anyone help?? is there some other way of creating a new layer?? -

Somebody else running Leopard reported that context (r-click) menus items are off by 1. So you need to select the item below “New Layer” in order to get a new layer.
We’re checking into it.

I forgot to say that you can also create a new layer by double-clicking in the empty space under your existing layers in the layers window.

I have an update on this. All context menus (r-click menus) are off by 2 positions, not 1. The dividers count too.
So if you r-click in the library window and select “Manage”, you’ll actually get “Load Library”.
But all submenus in context menus work fine — so the Quick load library menu works, as do all of the preview window context menu items (except “edges”).
