    I’ve just bought the ag-hvx200 and have been looking through the functions. In the ‘record setup’ I could only find from 576i/25p up to 1080i/50i.

    As far as I was aware this cam should have a 720p/24p, but I can only find 720p/25p is this right or have I bought an NTSC as opposed to a PAL?

    Thanks in advance for your answers and please bare in mind that I’m a complete novice when answering.

    This camera comes in two flavors, NTSC and PAL based. It seems that you have bought a PAL version of the camera.

    You should have 720p25, but you won’t have 720p24.
