that’s a very important point. You MUST download the correct drivers for whatever product and also OS you’re using.

Thanks guys for getting that driver out, can’t wait to get it on all our Macs and PCs tomorrow!

That’s odd. You weren’t getting sync’d playback until now? Our Dell and Macs have all been in perfect sync since the last set of driver updates. SDI and analog playback out of the BOBs.

Even the thunderbolt IoXT has been rock solid in sync on the iMac.

Just stating my positive video and audio experience with the new drivers.

Some folks Ive conversed have seen video delays on the previous release. Some also reported audio playback issues with the previous release as well.

Just installed on my Mac Pro this morning. Seems to be working great. I used to have an issue where my audio would cut out randomly and now it seems to be working great. Thanks AJA!

Tom you recommend uninstalling AJA Kona card driver when updating only the AJA Adobe plugin? I Want to make sure I get this right the first time.

Hi Eric. You need to uninstall BOTH the AJA Window/Mac driver and the AJA Adobe driver. Then…

    1. Install new AJA OS driver (Mac / Windows) first. Reboot
    2. Then instal AJA Adobe driver.

Both drivers need updating. Good luck! 😀
