Need transfer modes in my Avid Adrenaline badly……
someone posted a link to Profound FX Transfer plug in, but it is a demo(has watermarks) and they dont make the retail version any more, I am so frustrated at the compositing features in Avid(or should I say lack there of)….and this would really make my life so much better…..anyone have a link or know where I can get this feature in my Avid? I will pay for the plugin, am I the only Avid editor that needs something like this???

Nevermind, I found a version that works……I dont feel so handcuffed anymore……

Engineering knows we all want it, and it’s on the list. We’ll get it someday. DMN Transfer to me doesn’t have as good of looking Transfer Modes as those in a dedicated compositing application. If you don’t like it, try picking up a Boris product, such as Boris FX 8, Red 3GL, or Avid FX (Red 3GL in an Avid wrapper). They feature built-in compositing modes that look better than Transfer, IMHO. Renders quick, too.

I actually hate Boris’ transfer plug ins. Horrific, if you ask me.
