  Need to wiggle text style

  Ok first in the start of the video
  this statement “Sometimes winning is everything”
  well each word has a wiggle effect
  I do understand that words are animated one by one to that they can adjusted using music, but then you can see the same statement repeats in a different way, but with a, what i think mostly would, light wiggle effect, it more like camera light flashes in press conference,
  I would like to know how to achieve that in after effects.

  Secondly, when we go further in the video, after the 00:27 new text line are added, Now I think there are two kinds of wiggle that can be achieved apart from the usual position wiggle expression, first one is the complete lines is wiggle from all small letter to to all caps, and second is one word from a line changes to all caps in the wiggle effect.

  Please tell me how to achieve this using expression or any other method that would save time…
