Need to locate my system ID# Avid MC 3.0–Dongle lost in car accident
I know, I have a serious need to upgrade/update, but I’m
not interested in that. My dongle is lost, and I can’t find the system ID in MC 3.0 program files. Dongle Manager doesn’t display it without the dongle, software won’t open without it obviously–can’t see even basic pulldown help menu, it just closes the software after letting me know I don’t have a dongle. The only original materials I have are the MC software CD box and the MC Basics manual & none have the system ID on the stickers, only part #, etc. Would appreciate any help. -

Was it ever registered and you can find it in your online account? If not, post on the Avid community forums where Marianna Montague keeps a close eye and will jump in and help.
