  • Need to add deleted audio back to b-roll

Posted by Elizabeth Bridenstine on February 25, 2010 at 9:54 pm

I am working on a video project and I unlinked all the audio from the video for my b-roll. I then deleted the audio.

I would like to get the audio linked back to the video and was wondering if there is a quick solution to this.

    Thanks,
    Elizabeth

match frame back to the orig footage, then overwrite to timeline.

    Hello Jeremy,
Thanks for your help. Can you walk me through step by step on how to “match frame back to the orig footage, then overwrite to timeline.”

    Thanks,
    Elizabeth

In the timeline, place the playhead over your clip.

Press the “F” key. This brings the original clip back into your Viewer with the In / Out already set to match your clip.

Overwrite the clip or just replace the audio in your timeline.

is there a way you can add in audio to multiple clips on the time line at the same time, or can it only be done one by one?
