need suggestions
need some suggestions for taking a self contained quicktime from FCP and or the occasional quicktime movie and converting it to a mpeg2 file for play back on a leightronix nexus playout system… the nexus needs the proper file ie mymovie.mpg… full 720 x 480, 29.97…
tried compressor two but… not capable
suggestions please?

Compressor 3?
Talk to the client’s tech geek, find out who supplies their regular clips and call them to see what they’re using. Or send them the clips and pay to have them do it (often easier). Visit nexus Web site and find out more about the system. Another reason to never get involved with proprietary rigs.
