Need recommendation for Resolve Workflow
I have some questions for our forum user. And I hope to get some answers which will help me.
We have shot movie shooted with ARRI ALEXA in Log mode and all sources is in ProRes codec, Resolve 9.1 system with Decklind HD Extreme connected to Sony BVM-F250. We need correct this short DCI Compliant to prepeare DCP packege. Is this system enougt to do correction or we need something more? DCI Compliant projector, some LUTs. Can somebody recommend working pipeline to do this work. And may be will printing to possitive filmstock. What will be if we will try to use same correction for print?P.S. Sorry for my English . . .

Fist, set up your monitor according REC.709 standard. You will find LUT in Resolve, Logc to Rec.709. Then you need to ask facility that make DCP, what files they need. If you hand them RGB DPX, make sure inform them that they are corrected in Rec. 709 standard. If you hand them XYZ TIFF, you can convert it in Resolve too.
Council your DCP maker first, then make a pipeline.
