need motion tracker
HI,
I’ve been looking for a good motion tracker lately. The image stabilizer within FCP just isn’t good enough. I used to have After Effects in which the motion tracker was a very handy tool.
We’ve been shooting a backward travel of a person speaking to the camera. But this travel was shot from a dolly. So the wheels rolling over the carpet give a slight twitching in the image. FCP’s image stabilizer only makes it worse…
If you know a good motion tracker (free?) plugin for FCP/Motion, let me know.

iStabilize works pretty well too. And I believe it’s free.

Any idea what Boris FX is worth? That’s more of a plugin and I do prefer plugins to stand alones like iStabilize.
