Need help with the head modelling tutorial
Hi, I’m really new to C4D (just started last night), but i got some basics, like adding points, modifying objects etc. So I tried the head modelling tutorial and I found my first problem in the eye section (isn’t that lame?:P). When I have to add th points around the eye in the XY view, I can’t (I made the object editable first). Its just won’t add the points. Are there any steps I need to do before that?

What version are you using? Have you hold the Strg/Ctrk key while adding new points?

thanks a lot for your post. i created a primitive polygon rather than just a polygon. now i have another question: where is the edge/extrude tool in r8? sorry if i’m being a pain…but this will really help me understand C4D modelling…

You can extrude with the Extrude command, found in the Structure menue.
