  Need help with motion tracking video in Sony Vegas 17

  I have a small rectangle board with green paper glued to it, and I want to shoot a video where I would hold up the board and move it around, in addition, I want to add a video on top of the board, Is it possible ?? How do I track the video on top of the video and have it move along with it?
