    Hi,

I am trying to morph text from one layer into text from another layer (otherwise I want to morph letter “A” on layer 1 to letter “B” on layer 2.) Im assuming that I need to use the smart mask interpolation, but I’m not sure the best of way to go about it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!

You want to morph in 3D or 2D??.. In 3D you can use Invigorator with a layer cycling maked on Ilustrator… In 2d you can use a keyframed mask shape

I wanted to do it in 2D in AE. I know to use the mask shape but I dont know how i would link the layers. For example, the A is on layer one and the B is on layer 2, so how would I make the first layer morph to the second layer? When I change the mask shape it only changes the shape on that layer. Thanks
