Need clarification on Twixtor (for AE CS5) frame rates source/output…?
So I have footage I shot at 60P (720 HD)
I want to overcrank it to prob 1000fps.
I want to put it on a 24 fps timeline so I can maximize the slow motion already captured, I have interpreted footage through AE to 23.976 (I am not sure if this is necessary or not, can someone clarify this as well?)…
Anyhow, my question is… Do I set input frame rate to 23.976, or 59.94, if I am using a 23.976 timeline?
Also, if I want my footage to start at 100% (normal speed) and ramp down to 1000fps, should I start with a 59.94 timeline, or just boost my 24fps up 250% and then ramp down?
I am not sure what the best workflow is for this, and I can’t find good tutorials for this workflow (going from 60fps to 24fps to 1000fps)
Thanks all!
