Need assistance with dynamic wire
I’m having trouble trying to figure out how to animate a wire. I need to show a bulb being removed, and its connecting wire passing through the object the bulb is mounted in. The other part of my problem is I then need to show it in reverse, threading the wire back through the opening.
I could just render it being removed and then reverse it though, that is, if I could figure out the first part.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Instead of a sweep nurbs, create a cylinder object and use the spline wrap deformer. That way you can animate it’s position on the spline
