  Need advice on AVI exports 25 MBPS

  Hello,

  I received some specs for a video export I need to do and I cannot get the right MBPS on export.

  the specs are
  Video:DVCPRO* 25Mbps @29.97/ resolution:(DV25) 720×480** These must be .AVI
  Audio:PCM 16/24, N Stereo/mono channels@48khz

  *DV25 Codec must be Sony DV25 and not Microsoft DIB
  **Active Video must still be within the 16:4.8 safe area of the 720×480 16:9 canvas

  I am trying export using quicktime conversion AVI then choosing DVCPRO best quality
  My timeline is 720×480 and when I export it goes to 640×480?

  I need advice on what my sequence settings and my export settings should be ?
