  • “ND NG” warning on AF-100 **Anyone seen this?**

    Hey there,

Turned on my AF100 this morning, changed a few settings, did a white balance and then I noticed this warning in the middle of my screen.
    “ND NG”

I can’t find any reference to it in the manual, or any forums I’ve visited.

I’ve cycled through the ND filters a few times. Taken the battery out, etc etc etc. But it’s still there.

I’ve also shot a bit of footage and it seems to be fine.

    Firmware 1.23

Anyone seen this on their camera? Ideas?

I don’t have the AF100, but I have seen this on other cameras. I’ve seen it when the ND filter is between settings (the little switch isn’t completely registered in one of the settings). I’ve also seen then due to high humidity, like going from an AC room to a hot, humid outdoors.

    Thanks Trevor,

Yeah I already tried moving and fiddling with the ND filter wheel with no luck.
It’s also been in cool AC’ed rooms all day. But I’ll write back if it goes away with what seems like humidity conditions.
