  Native HDV is skipping frames in AE ?

  Hi 🙂

  I have a native HDV clip, that I captured in Premiere Pro 2 from a Z1. It works absolutely fine there.
  Now, that AE can import that kind of clips I skipped my usual process of converting to TGAs.

  But after all: It’s skipping frames. Not totally regular but at about every 2 seconds a few frames stand still and then it continues. I am not talking about previews (although it’s there also) but about rendered clips.

  Reloading the clip in AE does nothing better.
  Reloading the clip in premiere it plays back absolutely fine.

  I was looking for some framerate problems in composition or clip interprestation and so on, but all seems fine.

  So: Can’t AE handle those new native HDV-Clips from Premiere ?
