Narration with an automatic main audio track fade
Hello!
I use Sony Vegas Pro 12.
I would like to add a voice over (a commentary) to a video.
Tracks:
1. Main video track
2. Main audio trackI would like to add:
3. Commentary audio track.
I would like the track 2’s audio to fade automatically when there is my voice present in track 3. Right now I add a volume envelope to the track 2 and adjust 2nd track volume manually. Is there a way to automate this in Sony Vegas Pro 12?
I hope I made clear what I want to do. If not, please ask away.

You can use VASST Voice Assistant ($9.95) to do this. It will automatically create an envelope on the audio track when it encounters and event on the commentary track with a single click of the mouse.
