I’ve been trying to burn a project in Encore 1.5, but keep on getting some mysterious error messages, which are annoying the heck out of me. I build the project, and there are no errors, when the disc starts burning, it gets to about 1.4 out of 3.8gb, and then goes to cancelling “64kb out of 64kb” The error message then comes up “End of File” or something along those lines. I’m thinking maybe the problem is that I am not having encore transcode wav audio to m2v, but I’m not sure, because it hasn’t given me problems in the past. I’m also using Adobe Premiere 2.0 to export my assets to m2v before putting them in the project, so I was thinking maybe there was a problem with that? But I have used this method before and haven’t had problems.

sounds like one of the audio files is outa whack… I always export from premiere as .AVI and then allow Encore to do the encoding..never had to many hassles that way…

Anyways, hope the above thread helps..

Thanks for the link, I finally solved it by making the audio in each timeline exactly one frame less than the video. For some reason this solved the problem. There’s a lengthy discussion concerning this infamous “16072” error on the adobe forums.
