This is a link to my crowd funding campaign for my Documentary Film “Waiting for a Miracle.” https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/waiting-for-a-miracle#home

I’m currently in production, but we need funds to travel to the Philippines. The film is about the survival and loss after typhoon Haiyan ripped through Tacloban City in the Philippines, killing thousands.

You can watch the trailer on the link above. I mostly used my EX-1 and some 7D shots. I still love my EX-1. It’s perfect for this kind of shoot.

It’s a very personal film. My wife is from the Philippines and her family were only 100 yards from the bay where it came ashore. An estimated 10,000 were killed when it hit on November 8, 2013. I still need to go back for a month this summer and in November for the one year anniversary of the storm. Recovery efforts will take years.

My film website with more info is here https://www.waitingforamiracle.com/
