    Hi
    Yesterday my computer went down, I have bought Particle illussion and some pro emitters, I have saved the notification emails from element5, I just wonder how I can download everything again ?
    Appreciate any help

    Email support at wondertouch dot com and we’ll take care of you (but maybe not until Monday).

    The trial version of 3.0.3 works fully functional for 30 days, so you could use that if it’s urgent.

    I got everything fixed, I found my backup, and there everything was, couldn´t find it yesterday
    Now it is activated and running fine again, only one issue, I think I have activated it 3 times now
    So i need to reset that
