My brief hands on with the Canon C300

I was lucky enough to get my hands on the C300 at their Cinema EOS press event the day after the camera was announced.

While I still think the C300 and the RED Scarlet are two completely different cameras for different uses, I wanted to chime in with my first impressions in a less biased, more pragmatic way. I’m a DP who primarily rents and tends to pick the camera based on the scope of the job and the budget.
