MXF /OP1a file from FCPX/Compressor with Closed Captions
PBS World has said it needs our documentary to air in the OP1a-MXF format with Closed captions but I found out that sending the file to Compressor will not embed the CC’s in an MXF format. It does it in Pro res, etc, but they will not take it.
Does anyone know a workaround to embed CC’s in an MXF file via Compressor?

I know that SWITCH from “telestream” version plus ( App store) can do that, and it does not cost a lot. It can embed a cc in an mxf file and also actually display the subtitles.
This is not presently possible in compressor…
