  Must the BM codec be installed?

  Currently on macpro with FCS2 and 6.2 drivers. Is it possible to remove the blackmagic uncompressed codecs and revert back to Apple’s uncompressed codecs for capture etc…with the ExtremeHD card?

  What is the difference between apple uncompressed and blackmagic uncompressed?
