Whenever I see something that is “an effect that you would want to avoid” I think of “Fight Club” and how Jack would by things with imperfections to let you know it was “made by the real, indegenous people of…wherever”…

I guess we’ll just have to email these guys and find out 😉 From a workflow standpoint, I still think it would be easier (and cheaper) to use real cardboard.

Looks I got you guys with this one. It’s really a great trick and I would also agree that this was done in 3D and without real cardboards, but it’s just a guess, lke Aharon said.

Perhaps we really should ask these guys how they did it. Just too know their way…
I have to check who did this video…there’s just a Roadrunner Records Copyright at the end but no credits.
