Music and audio files, were to obtain them

I am new to this, looking for music I can add to a home movie, maybe classical or something common to a home movie. Also looking for sound effect files.
need a recomendiation as to were to get them.

Google royalty free music. There are site to buy some, software to make some and some site with small clips. If your not playing this home movie anywhere but home and not making any money from it, you can use any music you want, since nobody will know and you made no money to sue you for.

FreePlayMusic.com has a nice selection of royalty free music that you can use in your home movies as long as they never leave your home (i.e., you cannot post them to a web site or anything).
